Ways to use this Progress Report: 
Print the sheet out physically to write on them
Type directly on the PDF sheets in Adobe Reader/Reviewer. Please note there are no fillable text boxes in the PDF. However, in the tool bar/menu section of Adobe Reader/Reviewer, there should be the option to add text on top of the PDF file, which is then allow you to type.
Import the PDF sheets into PDF Annotation Apps such as Goodnotes, Notability, Xodo, Noteshelf etc. You will then be able to add text/drawings/shapes/digital stickers on top.
Edit and export straight from Canva. 
How it works:

Once purchased, directly download the listing files from the PURCHASES AND REVIEWS section of your account, and you should also receive an email from Etsy with the link. 
In Purchases and Reviews click the Download Files button and then save the file(s) to your computer.
The item will now be ready for digital or physical use. You can duplicate as many times as you like.
